Greg V. Linder has over 25 years of construction experience, covering a broad spectrum of construction projects both commercial and residential. Greg possesses exceptional development and administrative abilities.

Greg worked for several leading building firms in the Indianapolis area, as a Contract Manager for Browning Investments and as a Project Manager for Huber, Hunt & Nichols, before developing his own company. As President and Chief Operating Officer of Hilliard-Kosene, Inc., a full-service general contracting, construction management and program management firm, Greg developed projects and negotiated contracts, approved all conceptual estimates and pricing and structured project staffing teams.

After relocating to South Florida from Indianapolis in 1997, Greg was president of Investment Equity Construction Corp. of Delray Beach, FL, a licensed general contracting business, where he built oceanfront real estate, including several of the largest speculative homes in the United States. Greg then started Summit Contracting Corp., also based in Delray Beach, FL.

Greg graduated from Purdue University of Lafayette, Indiana, with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology in 1978 and a Bachelors of Science degree in Building Construction Technology in 1979.
